1 · What this is

parrhesia.one is a verification engine in public beta: it tests claims in texts against their sources and shows its scorecard. It is an instrument of inquiry — its outputs are verification aids, not professional, legal, medical or financial advice.

2 · The Covenant

Entry to the service passes through the Pax Parrhesiana. What we promise there — named sources, honest failure, no invented citations, your data never sold — we consider part of these terms. Where the Pax and fine print seem to differ, the stricter promise binds us.

3 · Your account and your content

Your chats and notes remain yours. You may download your copy any day; if you want your data gone, write to privacy@parrhesia.one and we delete it.

4 · Beta recording

While this house is under test, sessions are recorded and assessed so the engine can be measured and mended; this recording period runs until general launch. Walking through the gate is accepting this — entry is the signature.

5 · Acceptable use

No unlawful use; no attempts to breach, overload or game the engine; no use of outputs to fabricate sources. The engine says "I don't know" when it doesn't — asking it to lie confidently is asking for what it will not serve.

6 · Fees

Access is presently by invitation. The current plans and fixed prices are published on the pricing page: Fellow €290/month (€3,480/year) and Atölye Çevresi €2,900/month (€34,800/year), VAT included. Annual billing is exactly twelve times the monthly price; no discount is applied. Payment remains unavailable until the payment provider connection is live, and no charge exists before it. Customers in Türkiye are invoiced with the current TRY equivalent.

7 · Warranty and liability

The service is provided as an instrument of inquiry: every substantive answer carries its scorecard, and the final judgment always rests with you. To the extent permitted by law, outputs are provided "as is"; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8 · Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For consumers, the statutory rights and dispute venues of their place of residence remain available.

9 · Changes

We change this page only in the open: each revision is dated here and carries a ledger id. Painting over is forbidden in this house.

1 · Bu nedir

parrhesia.one halka açık betada bir doğrulama motorudur: metinlerdeki iddiaları kaynağına inerek sınar ve karnesini gösterir. Bir sorgulama aletidir — çıktıları doğrulama yardımcısıdır; meslekî, hukukî, tıbbî ya da malî tavsiye değildir.

2 · Ahit

Hizmete giriş Pax Parrhesiana'dan geçer. Orada verdiğimiz sözler — adlı kaynak, dürüst başarısızlık, uydurma atıf yasağı, verinin satılmaması — bu şartların parçasıdır. Pax ile ince yazı ayrışır görünürse, sıkı olan söz bizi bağlar.

3 · Hesabın ve içeriğin

Sohbetlerin ve notların senindir. Nüshanı istediğin gün indirirsin; silinmesini istersen privacy@parrhesia.one'a yazarsın, sileriz.

4 · Beta kaydı

Bu ev sınanırken oturumlar kaydedilir ve değerlendirilir ki motor ölçülsün ve onarılsın; bu kayıt dönemi esas launch'a kadar sürer. Kapıdan geçmek bunu kabul etmektir — giriş, imzadır.

5 · Kabul edilebilir kullanım

Hukuka aykırı kullanım yok; motoru delme, boğma, oyunlama girişimi yok; çıktıları kaynak uydurmak için kullanmak yok. Motor bilmediğinde "bilmiyorum" der — ondan kendinden emin yalan istemek, vermeyeceği şeyi istemektir.

6 · Ücretler

Erişim şimdilik davetlidir. Güncel planlar ve sabit fiyatlar fiyat sayfasında yayımlanır: Fellow aylık 290 € (yıllık 3.480 €) ve Atölye Çevresi aylık 2.900 € (yıllık 34.800 €), KDV dahil. Yıllık fiyat aylığın tam on iki katıdır; indirim uygulanmaz. Ödeme sağlayıcı bağlantısı canlıya alınana dek tahsilat kapalıdır ve öncesinde hiçbir tahsilat doğmaz. Türkiye'deki müşteriler güncel TL karşılığıyla faturalandırılır.

7 · Garanti ve sorumluluk

Hizmet bir sorgulama aleti olarak sunulur: önemli her cevap karnesini taşır, nihai hüküm her zaman sizdedir. Hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde çıktılar "olduğu gibi" sunulur; zorunlu tüketici hakları saklıdır.

8 · Uygulanacak hukuk ve uyuşmazlık

Bu şartlara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Tüketiciler için yerleşim yerlerindeki yasal haklar ve uyuşmazlık mercileri saklıdır.

9 · Değişiklikler

Bu sayfayı yalnız açıkta değiştiririz: her revizyon burada tarihlenir ve defter kimliği taşır. Üstünü boyamak bu evde yasaktır.
